Liam has a voice that is uniquely suited for popularity. You hear it and can’t help but be intrigued. But Noel has a lovely voice that is just not as uncommon. I think it has more soul and feeling in it though so I respond more emotionally to his voice. Possibly bc we all know he wrote all the lyrics. And these lyrics are so particularly poignant. What a beautiful song.

"(What's the story) morning glory" is one of those perfect albums. The songs, the performances, the recording,... but the sequencing is also crucial, and it's a lost art. After "Cast no Shadow" , you NEED to listen to "She's electric", and then you NEED to listen to "Morning Glory", and then there's no way that you don't listen to "Champagne Supernova"...and start again.
