Nice, it's excactly as if Chris Martin caight Live Foverer instead of Noel (that is how Noel used to describe how songs are being written: by catching them from air before Chris Martin or Bono does). Honestly I'm not certain if I'd pay any attention to the song if this was how it was first introduced to us. For me it's either the Oasis' version or Noel playing it with his more traditional acoustic style. This is arrangement is like going through the gates of heaven with a choir of blonde-haired angels and harpists playing and all, but still for me Live Forever is supposed to be a rock tune.

Maybe he is tired of singing it the same way, maybe he is re-imagining it from an older now perspective which makes it more interesting which he can do as its his song. Many artists do remixes of their songs, that was huge in the 80s and 90s. I like the idea of re-imagining them, it gives them a rebirth in a different light.
