Noel is one of the very few singers I can think of who, over a 30 year career of singing professionally, has simply gotten better and better as the years progress. He quit smoking in 2015 which no doubt has helped.

Saw them at Sheffield last week, with Happy Mondays as support. Top gig. His vocals are great and the Council Skies album is brilliant... some classic oasish acoustic guitar stuff (Trying to find a world that's been and gone is my favourite) but such a variety of styles in the other stuff. The more I see of this tour, the more I realise what a fantastic gig I saw last week. Seriously go and see him ❤
