Not that it was shite it had 3/4 good songs on it but it wasn't a proper Noel album, you didn't listen to every time and think it was great. I think he's seen how people have gone mad for Liam in the past couple of years and how he's just sticking to his guns and giving people what they want and doing what he does best and not only has it been a huge success commercially, critics have even lauded him as well which is unusual. So I think Noel has seen that and thought "shit, for the first time in my life people aren't really into what I'm doing and are favouring what Liam is doing"... So he's got the finger out and written some proper tunes again instead of the disco stuff he was doing. All credit to him for pulling off a complete change in direction but it didn't hit home with people and the gigs weren't the same either. Nobody ever wanted to miss a song at a Noel gig but at the last couple I was at people weren't that bothered about missing his new stuff which unfortunately made up half the gig.

I'd say the only thing it needs is a different percussion beat during the "tonight, tonight" part... the single drum beat plods a bit. just throw a shaker in there or something and cut out the drum
