Saw him play this live earlier this month in Nashville... he dedicated it to "all the Oasis fans." Not a subtle message. Excellent tutorial for how to get this to sound great on an acoustic.

One of the best channel on YT ! Great job ! I hope you will record a tuto for "The Last Living Rose", by PJ Harvey. I suppose it's a easy song : Capo 5, basic chords... but you will teach us the rythm and strumming pattern of this cool tune.

Hi mate, just a heads up: this isn't how Noel plays it. Even though its correct and might be how a second guitar plays it, Noel plays it on the 6th: intro G to Cadd9, verse G, Cadd9, Em7. The bridge is A7sus4 (002244), em7, a7sus4, em7, cadd9, g, a7sus4 to Cadd9; then the chorus is G, Dsus something (000233) A7sus4 to Cadd9.

Jake Rodd Agreed. I reckon however though if Noel were to play it acoustically (solo) then he would probably play it more like I've demonstrated. Same with Riverman. Playing it acoustically using the chords you have listed I personally don't think sounds as good when playing it solo. Just my opinion of course.
@jakerodd70859 жыл бұрын
Yes you're right. When I play this and riverman acoustically it seems too high, to the point where the song loses something. Playing it as youve instructed is the best way and I'm surprised it isn't how he plays it live electric. I was merely pointing it out in case someone sees a video of it live and is wondering why the difference.
@georgiarose169 жыл бұрын
Jake Rodd Yeah no worries. Thanks for pointing it out though. I should have mentioned it during the video.

what make of guitar are you playing it looks like an epi e j 200 but no cutaway ?
@hernancisterna67949 жыл бұрын
It's an epi J200 but until 2013 or 2014 epiphone made it not cutaway. I don't know why the change but it's impossible to find this model anymore. Just used ones.
