Don't know if he's funny or not but the chemistry between Noel works better than with anyone looling back Noel's public appearances. They both have this very "dry" sense of humour in common, guess that's why they became friends as well.

Noel even quits a 35 year old smoking habit with class, I'm sure he will have the odd 1 when he's pissed but the fact that he's got them at his house and he still hasn't caved in yet is pretty telling ,the strong minded can stop and stay stopped, the weak fuckers can't stop and if they do always go back... He quit drugs the same, love the man's music but got a admire his character aswell, he ain't perfect but his attitude and discipline is quite something

Yes he had panic attacks, even before he quit but he was doing drugs heavily for 20 plus years and around that time he was in one of the biggest bands of all time, the pressure alone would cause a lot of people panic attacks and just the amount of high grade coke he was doing was enough to send most people crazy but at the end of the day he quit and stayed quit, no rehab, no counseling, stated in bed for few weeks as then back to business, I admire that , it's rare
