Then work on accepting the moments when you are bored. Looking at the ceiling is not a bad thing. We believe that we have to do things all the time, on top of that the things we do are harmful and unproductive. Save in "Watch later" videos that really make a difference in your life, and when you are bored watch them. Find and read books that you find interesting, develop the habit of reading, the will to read; if you have money to buy them, seize it. Go for a walk in nature or in the city. Get away from screens and the dumb shit we see through them. How sad it is a life in which all we do is stand behind a screen for most of the day and watch porn or masturbate. Most of the insecurities and fears that we have about social relationships and ties are because we don't go out to live and we are worrying all day about things that we ourselves create in our mind from consuming so much shit.

3 weeks into it, and I gotta say, I'm a very antisocial person for no reason, I've been struggling to talk to people I meet for the first time and has affected my life in many ways. But since I started this journey , and I know 3 weeks isn't much but there were a lot of moments when I was fighting to keep going, I did see a change in my life, mostly in the way I interact with people and tend to have more quality conversations with them. If anyone needs an advice about how to keep it going when you are on the edge of relapse, I learned one technique from some YT person, when you get the need, tell yourself to wait 10 minutes before deciding if you rly want to do it. Does some magic, because the trigger happens very randomly mostly when you are alone not doing anything important and often goes away after a while and you realize it's more of habit than it is a need. Good luck everyone and stay on the grind, grind is life
