This is by far the best video on semen retention I have seen on KZbin. When on semen retention, the body signals to you when to relapse to avoid blue balls and pain in the pelvic region. Don’t count the days, stay on semen retention until your body signals the relapse. One time it’s a week, the other it is two etc. There is BS around breathing to avoid relapsing and the buildup of climax in the body. When it is time to release it is time to release.

i don't think allah created sperm specifically for procreation only, it holds in it power too hence why we feel weak whenever we relapse, women feel good during and after sex but men only feel good during sex and not after because we waste a big amount of our energy when we relapse, in this case for the pleasure of our spouces which is good, but the majority of our youth are not married and we need them to be strong and masculine, and for that semen retention is the best option.

@@onlyallahisworthyofworship5599 i disagree with him on that part too, it's not really necessary to intentionally release your semen, and i'm talking from experience i have been practicing semen retention for nearly a year with no problem, i had many wet dreams it's usually one wet dream every two or three months of not ejaculating, allah created the inside of our bodies to be self managing, your body knows what to do more than you, and even though wet dreams do release a certain amount of semen, it doesn't really damage you psychologically as much as masturbation does, masturbation is very addictive, if you feel like you need to masturbate every 2 days or so, as i myself was before, then that is not a need that is an addiction, and you wouldn't know that it is an addiction unless you are a long term semen retentionist, when i reached my first 2 months of not ejaculating or watching porn the urge to masturbate was slowly beginning to fade away and don't get me wrong i was still sexually active but the difference is that i was able to controle my urges and my thoughts better than before.

Teaching Islam is no easy work. Tafseer that's taught by youtuber celebrities can cause big corruption of heart. Nothing wrong in the information they provide,but the lack of manners. Some of these people are like macho men and their talking style is no different than a news anchor. Changing people means elevating their manners from the level of Shaitaan to insaan. And then then from insaan to Muslim. One example from the sunnah. Rasoolullah (saw) was in the masjid along with some sahaba and a boy came and said boldly 'Ya rasoolullah, give me permission to do ****(big Haram thing). Rasoolullah (saw) did not become stressed and react because he has most izzah. Sahabah were shocked and were about to react. Rasoolullah told them to calm down. Step1 First rasoolullah asked the boy to come closer to him. This was for elevating him and making him feel respected in the presence of Sahabah(ra). Any advise for brothers who are suffering with this problem, but still working on career in their early 20s. Blue balls are real man 😭. People say fasting, but once I tried it like in Ramadan, I lasted until 25 days and then unfortunately I broke it, like only very slight triggers are enough once you reach that point :/, maybe I should keep myself busy or study about the deen more.
