NFN KD 2020 Salmon Fishing (Lake Michigan) Door County

Super glad to have made it for this years event. We fished 7 of the 8 days for the Kewaunee and Door County salmon tournament. This was the first year fishing without regular crew (Dad and Uncle). The new crew (Wally and Mike) worked well and we did have fun working together as we dialed in on what worked. This was the second time for me staying on Washington Island and wont be the last. Hopefully will be able to continue this tradition for many years to come.

Run some blueberry muffin spoons in your spread. Best would be on a long lead Dipsy or Slide Diver. Good luck

What are u using to work on when setting up meat rigs?

That is a cheap floor matt. They work great for cleaning fish on. The plastic hairs really hold fish steady while bouncing around in a moving boat.
