That's a sick camera mount! I was definitely clutching my pearls at 2:45 when you set the part in the vise - as someone who knows nothing about machining, part of me thought the mill was gonna take a slice off your vise! Do you just bump the vise a hair away from the mill before clamping it to the table? Also was curious how you made the slanted edges in the wrench slots.

Clearance is clearance even if its only .001. On a milling machine the vise is clamped and you are moving the table so as long as you don't move the X direction the end mill won't hit the vise and your location will not be changed. I use the scale when inserting the part back into the vise because the corner of the vise is where all of my measurements are pulled from. Good on you for noticing the curved sides. After the initial milling I ended up going back into the vise and using a 3/8 ball end mill to make it blend a bit better and unfortunately the footage of that part was lost.
