Noida Airport at Jewar gets all approvals | NOIDA Airport | The Dawn
The two terminals planned will have total passenger capacity of 70 million per year. Yamuna International Airport Private Limited (YIAPL) recently announced securing final nod on the masterplan for the Noida International Airport (NIA), being developed at Jewar near the national capital. Expected to be operational in 2024-25, this will be the third airport in the National Capital Region (NCR) after Indira Gandhi International Airport and Hindon Airport.

By that logic, New York already had two major airports, JFK and La Guardia.. yet Newark in neighbouring state of New Jersey came up as alternative International Airport and has boosted travel in the entire region. Every airport is limited by the number of runways and terminal concourses it can support. IGIA has reached its limits. Jewar will fill the gap. In the process, it will add to UP revenues while taking advantage of Delhi’s air traffic demand. And is barely 90 minutes from Agra via the Yamuna expressway. Your remark of “mindless fellows” was uncalled for in a civilised discussion.

you are stupid do you know that... You are suffering from Lack of Knowledge. Before commenting atleast have some basic knowledge about the investment happening in greater noida and near by due to which it has decided. This area will be India's largest economic corridor above then mumbai pune or any else. This will give a huge change in Uttar Pradesh economy.
