I wasn't too happy with the audio in my previous noise challenge videos, so I made some changes to how I rendered the audio for this one. Instead of rendering the audio with Keppy's MIDI Converter and a 10,000 voice limit, this time I used OmniConverter and a 100,000 voice limit. I also had the MIDI rendered track by track to try to improve the audio even further.
I'm only going to be using the random delay preset of FL Keys - Piano going forward (no more 8-bit noise challenges) because I want all of my future noise challenge videos to have the cleanest audio possible. Plus, using an 8-bit soundfont on a noise challenge is kind of pointless in my opinion.
Also, I'm going to be putting future noise challenge videos on hold for a little while. I have 3 reasons why:
1) I don't want noise challenges to be what my channel is mainly known for, especially with how controversial they apparently are.
2) I have a feeling 100,000 voices is still a little too low for the soundfont I used, and as I said earlier, I want all of my future noise challenge videos to have the cleanest audio possible. I'm going to wait until OmniConverter gets its next big update and I'm able to download it. Supposedly OmniConverter is going to get the ability to render audio with an unlimited voice count. This info is based on an issue Piano Arts 2007 mentioned about the "unlimited voice count" option resetting to disabled on the GitHub listing. He also mentioned not being able to find the option in settings.json, and KaleidonKep99 replied with "Fixed in the Avalonia release! I will release binaries shortly." If an unlimited voice count does become an option in the next release, then I will be using it for all future noise challenge videos I make.
3) I'm picky when it comes to noise challenges, and currently I haven't found many noise challenges l think look good enough to make videos on. I also need to make sure any noise challenges I do like are available for download.
