Thanks for the vid. Also, HE ONLY APPEARS AT EPISODE 38?! There's only 50 main missions in the game. You get the legendary gunsmith at like Episode 14 after 3 Side-OPs. I feel like it should be the reverse order but anyway, thanks for this.

As far as I’m aware, he only appears in this episode. Luckily you don’t have to finish the mission to obtain the staff member, making it reasonably straightforward. I agree with the unusual order though!
