might be too nitpicky and a bit 🤓 here and there, but a year later and i think this like as if the tide has cooled down and is ready for it's next wave. a bit simple, but still has the drumfunk and hardness that the og had but a slight modern minimal influence in the mix, maybe. almost a perfect balance of elements too. don't think you fucked this one up heavy . W

I actually really like this. I always pictured the original The Tide as taking place in an out of this world fight between battleships, whereas this remix, to me, sounds like the aftermath of it.. It sounds more dangerous and amplifies the deep sea feeling of the original.. it feels like the surviving marines getting out of their hiding spot in a nearby port.. but there are still dangers out there

Very bland and lazy rmx. Theory is just the same as many late releases, take a "different" approach from a very well known track, it just didn't work for the Tide. Love quite a few Former's releases, but The Tide was too much to handle for his music skills.

What a bullsh*t...Damn... They'd better to ask Calyx & Teebee for the remix. Nothing interesting at all. Sounds like old samples from the original samplepack randomly layered on another track. There's no energy and zero effort putted into this one. Low level production in comparison with the original tune which is timeless and out of this world. 🔥
