1:55:00 The only time I've seen a Heart Mimic in a random run, it was in the first zone and I was weak enough for it to kill me (I didn't have too much time in the game yet, so was doing poorly). At that point, I knew about Check Mimics, but didn't know Hearts and Refreshes could be mimics too. Talk about jump scare city.
