My nokia 3.4 display seems to have a sort of yellow tint. Whites don't appear pure white. It's really eye straining. I've tried resetting it, but it seems to be a hardware issue.

Looks like in some version patch (most likely in 00WW_1_330) recovery mode was removed from the Bootloader. HMD is investigating the issue.

It was removed at one software update, not sure why.. It was available on the original launch software version, however if you have updated your phone at any point it will be gone. HMD is aware of the issue as far as I know, but they have not fixed it. Atleast not yet

@@yuliethbonilladuran4700 Hi Yulieth, unfortunately I do not have any more info. It was removed in one of the updates and we reported it to HMD. It looks like they never fixed the issue, sadly. The only way to factory reset Nokia 3.4 is to do it from the phones settings and if you cannot access the settings you have to send for maintenance so they can use the HMD provided software to reset it. I'm sorry I couldn't help you more on the matter

Sorry, you have to have it reset at the vendor or some other place with access to HMD DeviceKit (usually maintenance firms etc.). One software update straight up removed the recovery option on Nokia 3.4 and HMD has not fixed it yet
