Techs Jardin, I have a Blu cell from 2016ish there was a download update on it from 2017 that I knew was bad (wife had same phone downloaded lost her pin had to hard start lost all) mine got downloaded the other day by accident after 6 or so years on my screen tried your video twice doesn't work do you have any suggestions only have 5 more attempts use phone for my music at work 1000+ songs and has many pics that mean alot to me any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks for the knowledge
