MKBHD is biased towards Google, everything non-Google is a no go. For example like even though Bixby is more capable (granted slower), he diss it way too often. When Bixby is more mature, many didn't give it a chance it deserves because of the bad review he gave previously. Samsung deserves more praise cuz if you look closely, stock Android is slowly getting closer to Samsung UX. The rounded coloured icons, split screen, customizable Quick Tiles, they all came from Samsung first.

I had this phone. It's built like a tank but, started having some screen play in the bottom left corner. The led lights started bleeding through and I was forced to take the phone back. Phone ran smooth for gaming and battery life was excellent. Definitely a good mid range. If you can find it on sell from best buy again for $229 I would buy it.

This is available stateside in Best Buy, and of course on Amazon. I bought one for the poor mans pixel experience since it is part of the androidone program, so it will get the latest android updates/releases quickly. My only complaint was the copper trim was easy to knick, and created a sharp point on it which I snagged my finger on a few times. I wanted to keep it case free because I liked the aesthetic of the copper trim, but as a result have a case for it now. Glad to see it passed the durability test!

I bought this phone because of this video and it's actually been a great phone. Nokia's decision to keep a basically stock Android One build helps keep it running smooth and well maintained without surprises and mystery apps hijacking all your stuff/data. I've spiderwebbed the glass on one side, but it's almost impossible to see unless you get the light and viewing angle just right. I had dropped it pretty severely at least 3 times onto pavement with nothing but dents/scratches in the metal. This time I dropped it at about 2m height when getting out of the car and it landed angular to every plane it has in the middle of one side. It made that SPONK noise that you fear...it did damage the glass, but I can't even feel it. Big crease in the metal casing, very faint spiderwebbing and only if you look for it, cannot feel it at all, LCD and touch work fine... GREAT PHONE. If Nokia can nail their 5G products, they will do well going forward...

Got a see-through silicone cover for this that fit with a panzer glass, the panzer glass lasted whole 3 months and that hasn't been issue with as the screen rarely gets hit when the phone drops.

I had a problem where I would always break my phone. 🤷‍♂️ Once I got this Nokia model the problem is gone. I can't believe how hardy it is. It accidentally slammed on floor 50 times (at least) and its still working great. Also, it's not even damaged that bad. That includes the screen as well. Unbelievable. I recommend it for everyone who has the same problem as I once had. I mean, I still have the problem, but the freaking phone is up and running 👌
