Bought this, clock stops from time to time and won't move until restart, tried everything. Also once it turned off completely on its own, and battery was full

this should be higher model than 3210 but not even 4G while 3210 is. but then nokia should be compliant with current 5G network. My 5G sim wont work with this phone at least phonecalls. .
