Nokia E71 (2008) | Vintage Tech Showcase | Retro Review

In this video I showcase the Nokia E71 from 2008. The Nokia E71 is a business phone from 2008 which packed a whole bunch of business related features such as on the go file editing, amazing connectivity, organizers, out of this world amazing battery life and so on. I bought this E71 and another one from Mercari for a decent price and it is in original condition with the same factory housing..and it works!. It runs Nokia Symbian Series 60 OS and was very popular back in the day. It obviously predates app stores and downloadable apps and has Nokia's classic Symbian interface. It being a qwerty business phone was from Nokia's E series of phones aimed at business which were in direct competition with Blackberry like the Blackberry Bold phones. Its also considered as a rare collectors item at this age and since I am phone collector with a massive phone collection, having this phone was a must. The silver thing next to the camera is actually a small mirror to make easier to take selfie photos with the rear camera. Many phones of this time had this feature.

The E71 was my favorite phone I’ve ever had. It’s still a great looking phone. Had a lot of keyboard shortcuts and cool things about it.

That thing was sensational! I loved mine!! good camera (for its time), battery, keyboard was really cool and email, browser and even Skype worked. Only it would painfully catch hair and beardhair between the keyboard-buttons😢😢
