I went to buy a blackberry but i choose this E72 & using for past almost 1year. And i must say this is the best business phone. It's simply amazing. earleri there were rumors that "it hangs & not freindly in using". But still i bought & my decision was right. I am doing all my office work like mailing & using facebook. I am happy & no complaints till today.

This phone is extremely good. I would definitely recommend this phone , for business and personal. The only thing that i dont like is the optical navi key. But that's not so much of a problem of course. Plus: battery, browser, nokia messaging and maps, camera, 3,5 mm jack. Great phone!

i had the purple one 2 days ago and it's a beautiful phone :) ,, feels much better and more luxurious in your hand than the BB curve,, everything in it is amazing..very fast processor,, responsive optical navy key (especially on the web)..and good quality pictures,, except for the loudspeaker,, it's OK.

i'm like in love with my e72 even after using it for like 6 months. perfect camera, great user friendly, fast and absolutely sexy looking!! although saying the phone's sexy exterior is the main reason why anybody should buy it sounds shallow, its features and ease of use matches its perfect exterior. honestly.

@tullowhill I had the e71 for a year and a half and absolutly loved it, just upgraded to the e72 and yes it is worth it. the new scroll feature on the centre navigation button makes surfing web pages much easier. And also The camera is also 10 times better, whereas with the e71 you would get a sort of colourless and slightly blurry picture, this is alot brighter and sharper. The software is pretty much the same. If you use the phone alot for internet then yes upgrade.

that is not the "micro-pin" charge-port. that is actually the actual microphone (or, "little hole for the mic") of the cellphone. this cellphone charges via microUSB.

@cheekymonkey69er its about, the coverage of other software and applications. i bet that there are much more applications and services for a nokia phone than a blackberry. and a technical note, the little scrolling thing the the middle of a blackberry is actually just a ball spinning a socket. the e72 center button is an actual touch sensitive button.

I don't know might just be my E72 but I traded in my old E71 for the E72 and frankly speaking I am not very happy. My E72 crashes every now and then, Yes it does have a smoother interface BUT with the effects enabled it seems slightly slow, Further more, certain applications like the EMAIL keeps using GPRS and WAP, even when the application is switched off The E71 came with a bundle of applications ( Advanced call manager, wireless key-board, wireless projector support, text scanner, bar-code

@willraz E72 and HTC are the better of the three, but the E72 is cheaper and (in my opinion) the best phone. If I were you, I'd definitely go with the Nokia E72.

I am currently using this model and i found that the spacebar is really easy to spoilt and this phone once drop, the function will become weird! LOL. My friend just use it for one week and it's spoilt now. I wonder is our fault or the phone's fault.
