The reason behind Nokia failure is Nokia didn't collaborate with Google android when the android is in it's peak time and it remain with it Symbian OS and later supported windows and till the time Nokia relized it's mistake and start supporting Android it left far behind in the race.

It was jst because NOKIA was going with Symbian Platform whereas tab tak Android ne market mein kadam rakh chuka tha..Also Nokia k internal management ne bhi Nokia ko andar se dhoka diya jidhar unhone ne jaan bujh kar Nokia ko Symbains flatform par bane rehne ko kaha so that Android market pakd le,phir Nokia ne windows ko opt kiya jo ki actual mein bakwas flatform tha,aur jb tak nokia android se haat milata tab tak Nokia fall down drastically..

Kuch Bhi? Stephen elop 2010 me Nokia aya tha, android thab acha platform hi nahi tha. Nokia ne Symbian mobile banana nahi choda but who Megoo nam ka touch input - Linux based platform bana rahi thi. Aur Ek phone release bhi hua - N9. 2011 me usme gesture based navigation tha aur bhot achi Tarah se optimised os tha. N9 ka review dekho kabhi. Elop Jo 2010 me CEO Bana wo Finnish nahi tha, aur usne Jo bhi decisions liye sab galat nikla and that how Nokia actually died.

Stephen Elop was the culprit. He was ex-employe of Microsoft… finally nokia purchased by Microsoft. Stephen elop has not accepted Android, instead he choose Windows… first wave ,second wave , 3rd wave all lumias failed … sold to microsoft for penny.
