Micromax itself has done things defamatory Micromax's service was as bad as no one else's People used to take an hour to deposit their handset first and then they were asked to ask after 15 days to get it back. The extent was reached when the customer had to wait for 2 months to get his phone back.

Ones i was the regular user of micromax. I used together 3 sets of mivromax. But the problem i faced of the quality and sale value. After you buy this phone it become a head ache for u. Where it can show any problems anytime. I remember to get a 6.5 inch size screnn phone of micromax but within 1 day it started showing problems in the software battery and even i have to uodate it. That was the lasts phone. After using this phone u will feel irritated and distirbed of any time software issues which increases of time if you anyhow sale this ohon we feel bhoh haat gaya. The customer care are also worstm they close their store and many cant even gv prpoer resolution. I remember the lasts phn even after servicibg this phone started to show software problem. The serivie centres were nt direct company but 3rd party. They never update tge s9ftware also. You will feel late slow and damged. That was lasts i used micromax worsts. Thankyou.

Micromax made feature rich phones in 2010 to 2014. They were extremely cheap but poor on quality too compared to samsung and LGs of those times. Thus they had a huge market in India who are attracted only by price. Xiomi captured all that customer base by offering better quality at comparable price
