Great finds and congratulations on approaching 8,000. I am interested that you do editing. I played with Filmora Free version, it wasn't intuitive and when the video was published it had FILMORA all across it! 😁😂. I have Detectival 2022 that needs stringing together, plus a beach seeded hunt in Toronto with the lovely Dilek. All taken on iPhone 12 Pro.

I haven't used Filmora myself. Sounds like you were on a free trial if it had a watermark on it once rendered. I use Davinci Resolve...it's a Hollywood grade editing suite. If you were looking for something easy to learn have a look at HitFilm 😊👍

Very good video, greetings from Mexico, I already updated my Legend, very good detector, the only thing we liked was that the speaker stopped working, but since it was the pro package, I use the headphones. I would like to know what the cable protection is called and what gauge.

I tried to use the Legend today to help out on an archaeology dig detecting the spoils. I totally sucked 😢 I set up on a relic mode as it was on an old gun battery and lots of coke. Head was battered lol wish I had seen this before hand 🤦🏻‍♂️ the accu point picks up hot rocks 😭

It's just a case of experience and learning how to best use all the settings in conjuction to suit the location you're hunting on 😊👍

Hi Adam, Would it be worth trying beast mode on a beach or is it better to stick with beach mode?

I haven't tried it myself yet...but others who have tried it say it performs very well on the beach. Definitely worth testing out 👍

That beast mode v1 very sparky have ground balance then will settle down I like running reg mode with out gold all metal mode crop field with lot of fertilizers stay in a grass field

Great video mate, thanks for that. Just a quick question on the Accupoint, have you ever had any issues with the pinpointer beeping randomly while in the air? i have had this issue, tried the ground balance approach, switching frequencies, putting my phone on airplane mode and I still occasionally get the sound. For reference, I am in NZ and I'm mostly detecting on North Islands West Coast beaches, that do contain volcanic black sand. Any advice would be highly appreciated, thanks.

Hi! I haven't had the problem myself but I have spoken with a couple of people who have. In each case it has been some kind of local interference. I know you've taken lots of steps to eliminate it but there will be something in the area that will be causing it. I don't know much about detecting in volcanic locations but it strikes me that it 'may' affect things. Have you tried lowering the sensitivity?

@DTEKTSUSSEX Hey, thank you for your reply. Yes, I have tried lowering the setting to 3 and 4, still does it. I am not keen on lowering it anymore because I will be losing depth sensitivity. I guess I'll just have to get used to it. What are your thoughts on the XP MI4? I thought of maybe selling the Accupoint and getting the MI4, but there's no guarantees it will perform any better, considering the type of soil I am detecting on.

I haven't used the XP but if one pointer is being affected the next one likely will as well.

Hi Adam, please can you tell me the best or better detector, im looking at two the Nokta Double Score or the Simplex Ultra. ? value your opinion

Hi 👋 They are very similar in terms of use and build. The main difference is the frequency/ies they use. The Simplex runs at 15khtz which is a solid, middle of the road frequency which will find most good targets in most conditions. The Score operates several frequency sets simultaneously. This makes it better for mineralised land and beaches and will generally penetrate a little deeper than a single frequency machine. So I wouldn't say one is better than the other, they fit different situations/requirements.

No, no bugs. Just a few tweaks and improvements based on the feedback. It's only been in beta test mode up until now. As usual, the beta version is removed while the final version is being polished. The final version will be released very shortly 👍

Hi David, It's still very early days so I'm changing the settings throughout the hunt in order to get a feel for how they affect the machine in this new mode. So the most honest answer I can give for this hunt is...all of them 😅

Hallo von West-Wales...Wenn Du das Video verlangsame auf 3/4 dann geht's besser zu verstehen und dann wieder auf normal...so kannst Du Deinen Kopf sehr schnell trainieren...und suche mal nach Hidden Suffolk Detecting, ist auch sehr gut. Gruss, Wolfgang
