Great video Adam! I detect in suburban yards and EMI is awful. The SP24 coil on the Simplex helps but I always wonder if there's things I miss with the smaller coil. Might just upgrade to the Legend...

Adam have a pinpoint technical question u also have a pulse dive but am finding it doesn't hold a charge well I was out for a couple hours rhe other day rhen went out again later rhat afternoon but my pre charged pinpointer didnt want a bar of it

That is odd. I tend to charge mine once every 2-3 hunts (up to 5hrs hunting each time). I only charge it then to make sure it'll be OK...I actually don't know how much longer it would go for. If you've bought it recently, speak with the shop you got it from. If you've had it a while, get in touch with the Nokta Makro distributor for your country (LP Metal Detecting for the UK) and they should be able to sort it out for you 👍

Hi Rich, I don't have a link. If it's a field where the public don't generally have access go for Field Mode, M1, sensitivity 25, recovery 2, BC off, IF 4, GS off (increase if needed), stability 4. Make sure you ground balance and noise cancel. Obviously tweak these for your specific land once you begin. Good luck!

This was so early in my time with the machine and there was so much to learn that I hadn't taken in the fact it could be done automatically 😅 It was good experience to do it manually a couple of times to understand what it was achieving though 😊👍

Hi Adam. Great video as always. What are your thoughts on the Legend?. I saw on another person's video, that in his opinion, the machine was unfinished, prior to updating it. I'm a fan of all things NM. Simplex, Pulsedive ect. I hope to purchase the Legend soon but would like your opinion. Many thanks.

Hi! Incredible machine. Genuinely. The machine was finished on release. Any piece of tech this complex is likely to need tweaks and improvements aftersale...no different from your mobile phone or computer. It also means Nokta Makro can make an amazing machine even better with new features down the line. I think I know the video you refer to and I can't understand their line of thinking at all... As for me, I've found it to be amazingly deep and precise. The adjustability combined with ease of use is so refreshing. And it's finding things the Simplex missed which is no mean feat! I'd say if you're thinking about it...do it!
