I've never used the nox 600 or 800 mate, but from what I've seen in the legend, it is well on par with them although the Legend build quality is better/ stronger and for the money you pay its simply unbeatable 👌. Hey Dan great video and you are right about the legend since I updated it with the new tool its a different machine only yesterday I had I little button not much bigger than your cut quarter at about 8-9 inches deep well impressed

Hey brother, hope you are well? We definitely had a good day again, can't believe I pulled up that slice a week after Tom lol not something we see often for obvious reasons. I'm predicting our winter schedule to be wet and muddy with a hint of silver 🤞🤞🤣. Unfortunately not at detectival this time mate, but me and Tom are doing the Rcm rally and detectival next year for definite and possibly a few more depending on what comes up 😁👍. Have a great holiday with the family mate 😉🤣 and I can't wait to see the video. Knowing you it will probably shown in the winter when the snow is on the ground just to give us all a warm feeling lol. Hi Dan, I've been looking at the legend to upgrade from my vanquish 440. I'm very new to the hobby, just wanted to ask how beginner friendly the machine is to use as you mentioned having the right setup is important? Many thanks jay

It's is pretty much a turn on and go machine, and will find things straight out of the box, so great for beginners. It also has a huge array of features and settings that can be tweaked for the more experienced detectorists. It is the best machine on the market for the money you pay and I dare say, it is as good as the more expensive machines 👌
