I did 85 to 98 fishing at dark crabs then I tried fly fishing south east of prif for the last level. I highly recommend both as the spots don't move and the xp is great.

I did a ton of fishing at infernal eels when I needed to AFK super hard, barb fishing when I was semi-afk, and 2t swords when I was sweaty. Balanced out nicely.

Personally I've found I prefer infernal eels to karambwans because the process of banking karambwans is so involved that it feels hectic, especially after you've levelled up and you can't fish as long. Might be better with teleports but for good ones you're waiting until pretty late game.

karambuans are the best man il often just put 1 wireless earbud in put my phone in my pocket with music/area sound off and wait for the sound that the inventory is full >< with the fish barrel this is great and the static spot not having to check the screen while ill walk the dog get grocery's making dinner etc. karambuans is definetly the best afk fishing when full tp to bank quest cape tp to fairy ring and repeat

@@Duriel123 isnt exactly a exp tracker on my phone but somewhere around 30k exp/h and anywhere between 5-10min afk time at 87 fishing while not even looking at my phone so not to bad tbh

yeah karam and zulrah is best afk wise. at my job i often just made cannonballs :D and later sapphire rings. when i came home i did the wall safe for thieving and sapphs.

​@@Duriel123At 90 fishing with a fish barrel it's 36k xp/h and just over 4 minutes of afk between bank trips. That's also using only fairy rings for teleports so a quest cape would increase that slightly.

Thank you for the fishing vid, fella! Real rates and potential profitability is nice to know, even if I don't have a fish barrel because Tempoross is rude to me. 88 fishing right now, still on that grind to 91 for Mory Elite, but trying to do it more afk because I've gotten caught into Stardew Valley and been just generally craving some non-OSRS gaming as of late. I've been doing afk barb fishing bc the reset is faster even if it's more click-intensive and lower overall afk time, because it feels like less net interruption of my time than something like Karambwan where I need to take like 45 seconds to teleport, bank, teleport and re-fish. It looks like barb afk drop fishing will remain my go-to for exp, with eels or Karambwan being there for money but less exp. Though I'm taking a break from re-upping my bonds so I think fly fishing on the river Lum is gonna be where you'll find me for the next while.

Shades of Mort'ton has two parts which can be somewhat easily afked for not awful profit. The Urium shades are easy to kill with the salve amulet and you can carry tons of remains with the coffin. Crafting the sacred oil is also relatively afk and even moreso with Mory legs 3

I stand at a computer for 12hr a day, but have to afk on mobile if I'm to train at work- much prefer monkfish over karambwans. The static fishing spot is nice, but just needing to enter fairy ring codes on mobile is aids if you're trying to afk. Could click to drop, but then I'd just do barb fishing. Monks have been great so far; I don't care about gp so not concerned about profit and the deposit box is 1 click away from the spot and vice versa.

Im a 2100+ ugim at 84 fishing and i need 91 bare minimum for mory elite but honestly i hate fishing more than anything so its been hard. Just wanted to say thank you for all the fishing tips. I do have good karam teleports but i feel like i bank TOO often maybe ill try without blessing since i really only want exp. I have never tried dark crabs or barb fishing....anglers was horrible though.

I don’t think the best way for barb fishing is clicking the bank, the best way is setting the Xeric’s talisman to left click Xeric’s honour and click the fishing spot after depositing. This makes it so you don’t really have to rotate the camera and waste time like that and it saves time walking to the bank.. could be an extra 5k an hr maybe. Awesome vid tho

There is a fishing spot for salmon just south east of Priff that never moves or despawns that might be worth checking out. It's not great for gp and you do have to drop the fish, but the xp rates are apparently pretty good.

you can only empty it while the bank interface is open, If you use runelite you can hold shift and right click it while the bank is open to make that the default left click option

High pvm is only saradomin and super restore so no one even uses anglerfish anymore. Even if you go for food vs potions then you be using dark crabs and karambwan's for the double eat posibility and eating both of these is the same price as one anglerfish, its not like you NEED to over heal once you got 99 hp.

@@Zehiret doesn't matter over heal is not worth it unless you actively fighting and dropping hit points like flies, as said when you can have 4x 16hp 64 or a fish that heals 22, saradomin does exactly the same. Every hp tick you losing health so before you at the boss or doing whatever you already back down at +15 which once again saradomin does aswel...

I AFK'd monkfish to 99 because while karambwan never moves, they require "more brain" to do the banking with teleports. Monkfish were more brain-dead since I could just run to the bank and back.
