I love how Shaq stresses the importance of suicide help at the end of the video. With a son with a heart condition and me only being 18, I was severely depressed and suicidal for months and every little word and every little action that others did usually effected me in a bad way. Just wanted to say that I've been there and I hope that anyone going through depression/suicide thoughts to talk to someone about it or get the help you feel would be best. Best of luck to all and I hope everyone has an amazing week.

Several things: 1.Dax is spitting straight fire yet again. We need more of this. So many lessons it could take hours to explain. 2. Coach he told us he was nonviolent but not to push him in the last joker. Guess someone pushed him. 3. Dax obviously a dark knight fan and it's on a whole other level. Acting out scenes, relating to the mindstate of the Joker, and if that wasnt enough bringing out the suicide awareness as Heath Ledgers method acting as the Joker happened just before he committed suicide. 4.
