What 999 means in numerology: "Number 9 is associated with the universal spiritual laws and higher perspectives. Also, it symbolizes the strong character of someone and it teaches us how to be a positive example for other people. Of course, we have to mention that angel number 9 has to do with lightworking and it usually means that something will end soon because something else is going to begin. Very often number 9 is considered to be the number of conclusions as well. Now when we have number 9 that appears three times, we should know that the symbolism of number 9 will be much stronger. Angel number 999 certainly means that one life cycle is going to be over because it is time for new beginnings. "

It’s most likely in reference to X and Peep’s relationship at the time of Peep’s death. Since the EP was dedicated to them it makes sense. X wasn’t good w/ peep when he died due to Ski’s problems with Peep (in turn X’s loyalty to ski made him avoid getting to know Peep). X was quite vocal after peep’s death at his regret of not getting to know him.

7:11 he skipped the part (kind of) where he transitions from “but hold on your girl on my line I think I may just fuck her first” to “gotta have some crude humor just to keep a good vibe going keep the song grooving” showing that he’s serious about these issues but even with an audience that hears him, he felt like he’s still got a responsibility to entertain us even though he was his own person with his own rights and feelings and needs. It also shows how even though he’s serious, he’s still hesitant and apprehensive about fixing his life because he’s scared of what might happen, so he uses humor to try and lighten the situation for himself to avoid thinking about his life. At least that’s what I interpreted from those lines. I’m sure there are many different theories about the two lines though. I hope Shaq sees this so he can understand that it was different in this song. It wasn’t just because that’s his signature thing, he did it to show something far deeper than to check off a box. Hope you see this Shaq!

Listening to Juice is such a experience for me. Just the amount of talent he had, it was undeniable. It also goes a different place for me. From someone who dealt with a lot of the same problems with pills. It’s one thing to know Juice was obviously in a dark place, but to know how that darkness feels is a whole other feeling. Also knowing that at 21, I almost met the same fate a couple years before. I was far enough removed from it to not get flashbacks. Instead it caused a feeling of empathy, and just a hope that it wouldn’t end badly. Then it did, and I still cannot describe the combination of emotions I felt. His ability to describe the darkness in him, is unparalleled in the way he went about it. It just hits on a deeper level. It’s hard to explain but when you’re in that darkness, you’re consciously aware that these pills will end up killing you, but it feels too good you can’t stop. It feels like it’s not if, it’s when. There’s just uncertainty of which time will be the last. Juice’s ability to describe that was so good, anyone could get an idea of his mindset. But in turn creates sadness because you know the only way he can be that descriptive is if he’s in it. Which then presents a bigger problem. Gone way too soon. RIP

It’s just crazy, how he was always surrounded by so many of his friends and NONE did anything... how can you sit across the booth, listen to these words and not do anything. Mans was literally a product of his own demise, tried to warn everyone and not even his “friends” listened to him. Just shows how a negative environment can affect and end you, don’t wait for the people around you to notice your worth and struggles that shit gotta come from day 1 or they ain’t with you. Know your value and surround yourself with people who actually care for you, not your possessions. 999 club ♾ 🕊

Not sure who else caught it but 10:37 juice makes a reference to 13 reasons why, a popular Netflix series where one of the main character upon her untimely death leaves behind 13 tapes about her life/ struggles. Fun fact: The song Maze by juice wrld ended up being featured in the final season of 13 reasons why, (the final dance scenes) I really appreciate production for hopefully hearing this song and then including Juice into the show years later, Maze-by juice wrld hits hard during that dance scene on 13 reasons. Little know fact.
