Where are you getting you chefs certification and which disciplines have you studied or you just go to a culinary school in the US and you call yourself a "chef" by job title instead of profession.
@markjones12719 күн бұрын
That's not raw, eggs can be runny but still cooked, but I think in the US especially they like their eggs cooked until they're solid all the way through, which could come down to the fact that the way their egg industry produces eggs actually makes them unsafe to eat unless properly cooked, so from a health perspective I think it makes more sense to cook washed eggs all the way through, but for us in countries who don't wash our eggs, this is yummy!!!!
@АндрейКостин-п1ы17 күн бұрын
Яйца все мыть и везде!
@markjones12717 күн бұрын
@@АндрейКостин-п1ы In the US they give their eggs a very vigorous washing which washes off the naturally occurring protective outer layer, so bacteria can easily enter the egg shell, meaning they have to refrigerate their eggs, it's actually much safer not to wash eggs, in the UK where we don't wash our eggs there isn't even a need to refrigerate them and the protective membrane remains in place, making things like Salmonella much less likely.
