Nom Kong - Traditional Cambodian Donuts Recipe - Palm Sugar

There are many ways to make this delicious dessert. First thing is to have the right mixtures of flour. Second is to have the right temperature of oil.
(Deep fry for 7 minutes at low temperature, then high heat for 5 to 6 minutes).

Ingredients:
(flour Mix)
2 3/4 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
1 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
1 1/2 tbs Palm Sugar
1/2 tbs Salt
(Caramelized Palm Sugar)
1 cup Palm Sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbs Sesame Seeds
