Oh wow, I cannot imagine the frustration and pressure of being a teacher. And in the digital world too. Teachers are truly heroic. I have an 8 hour shift 5 days a week, and when I clock out, I'm done. Not that easy for teachers. 😬

I skipped this palette since I have Haunted Europe and had recently gotten Glamlite Ghostface, so i was happy with those shades. I still think of this one occasionally though.. and I love Nomad. Can't wait to see the next one. ❤

My high end palettes all come from boxy, but nomad tempts me so much! It's mostly emotional tho, it's kind of a weird thing to say, but the rural representation is incredible! Now, a huge chunk of rural America is misbehaving these days, so i have mixed feelings, but no makeup palette ever captured the look & feel of my home. Ofc im not from a ghost town, we joke we're in the pre-ghost era, im just from an farm town on the northern prairie but there are literally ghost towns everywhere nearby. Then they promoted the Dark Skies initiative 💕 i love the ghost town palette so much but i think i have every shade in other palettes. Might keep an eye on poshmark tho...

Hey Girl Hey🥰 I’m gonna say something a bit weird but that’s me. I don’t have kids and I don’t really care for the small humans except a few that have stood out to be decent. Also, my life doesn’t.t really include day to day being around kids mostly see kids that I have to interact with in my personal life a few times a year. I think because there is a part of me that still remains on alert because I was bullied very badly when I was in elementary school so I don’t have a good view of the small humans🤣 but for some reason I love to hear you talk about teaching and what you are up to. It reminds me of all the good teachers I had who made my childhood special and survivable. I know that there are so many lucky kids who get to have you touch their lives. You may not see this appreciation daily but know that years into the future your gift of teaching and caring will continue to be the bright light in so many lives ♥

That made my day!!!! Teaching gets harder and harder each year! It is mentally exhausting. I am so sorry for your elementary school experience. Kids can really be cruel but I have also see some that are extremely empathetic and that is really heartwarming! It is easy to see why there is a teacher shortage. Sometimes I feel ill equipped to handle all of the issues that are occuring in education right now. Thank you so much for your kinds words. It really means so much to me.

Love the look. The pallet is pretty. I like the layout, but I I like smaller pallets. I get overwhelmed and I pretty much use 3 shadows in a look. I have never tried Nomad before. Always like to hear things are going with you. Congratulations to Markie. Well done🦩

Awww thanks for the mention!!! I was at the live then had to hop off cuz my daughter was have trouble with Algebra homeowrk😩😩😩!! But i know you understand. I was struggling with the homework and the way they do Algebra now. Not how i learned it so im having to learn it all over again so i can go back and help her. Im with you on old school teaching!!! Miss those days. Too much computer work and no textbooks... 😡 im gna stop now. Anywho, I'm here for the replay!! It was a fun look!! Love your take on the look ! It looks so much bluer on you and i love it!!!! it looks gorgeous with any skintone and so nice to see how the tones change color with different skintones but always so flattering!!
