Pro tip: when you tap on the cube in the top right, you always get the exact side/top/back orientation. That way you are faster and more accurate.

These two video tutorials were an excellent introduction to Nomad Sculpt. I learned some functions about a year ago but forgot everything. Now I feel confident to do a new project, thanks.

Thank you so much for producing two of the best tutorials on how to sculpt using Nomad I’ve come across! I learned more from watching and listening to your explanations than any of the other video’s I’ve watched! Concise and very easy to follow. I look forward to any more that you may hopefully produce!

Wow. Thank you so much for the straight forward and transparent tutorial. This is great as a beginner because you give a good repeatable workflow to follow, where otherwise I would have had no idea how to start.

Amazing tutorial. They’ve really helped me get better at using Nomad. I’m a bit curious, is there a reason why you decide to move or drag when it comes to smaller/certain parts instead of “adding” clay? Same with using move/drag instead of subtract? Will you be doing more Nomad videos?

Can you make a video on how to take skin off of live/real material or images and add it to the 3d model for a more realistic animation I’ve seen it but no tutorial on how to do it… I believe you know how to do it

For the basic shaping, I am struggling with the mesh looking warped, as if it is stretched thin. When I try to make the sockets etc, the mesh ends up looking all warped. Anyone know what to do about this? I am following what he is doing

How do you make the opacity go down one the sculpt i cannot find the slider for it?
@dnchmbrln2 жыл бұрын
Looks like this moved under the *new* material button, left of the light button in the newest version (looks like a circle with vertical dotted lines). Default setting is opaque, but if you tap blending, then opacity shows up

Thanks a lot for this detailed tutorial. I am an architect an have question if you can help me with. While modelling for my structures I sometimes can't find specific organic shaped objects or even some human figures. So if I model in this and export it for my use, will the textures go as a single texture? Sorry if this sounds dumb as I mainly use SketchUp, Vray and Lumion for my work.
@RobertDempster323 жыл бұрын
Hello El Diablo, thanks for watching. You will need to merge your vertex paint layers together and export it. I recommend using another software to texture your model. Blender is a good place to start 🙂
