Absolutely not brother, They will never allow digilocker until and unless it's medical emergency. For tour, bhansar officer demands for original rc.. Because in kathmandu, officer demands you to produce original documents, in case of failure, they will charge heavy penalties. Keep remember nepal is a small country in terms of gdp, so they rely on penalties and heavy charges on tourist. Keep original documents and enjoy the beauty of nepal.

They no need to make Bhansar permit & no need to pay RTO charges because that vehicle already have carnet & registered..They no need to make Bhansar permit & no need to pay RTO Charges this is easier for you & you need to stamp carnet at Indian customs will stamped exit & Nepal customs will stamped entry in carnet and you will get entry in Nepal..I am from Nepal brother... @MOHAMED-gp5mg Yes, I know about this.. how foreigners enter Nepal from India by land border..for that, first they have to go for immigration check in sonauli indian immigration & they go for visa process to do & they need to pay the fees for visa..after that they do visa exit stamp in passport from India & they cross the border from sonauli & before they enter Nepal from gate SSB police will check passport at check point & they check exit visa stamp in passport from India they did or not..& they enter in Nepal from sonauli that police SSB will tell them to go for Nepal immigration at Belahiya & they have to enter from the gate of Namastey Hotel at Nepali immigration and they go for entry visa stamp & they do entry stamp in passport & after that entry stamp in passport..foreigners will easily travel & visit the Nepal..only approved visa stamp in passport is for foreigners to cross the border from India to Nepal & Nepal to India to visit the countries..but they no need E-visa & they can't activate E-visa from there immigration..they only need approved sticker visa stamp from Nepal & India immigration to cross the border..foreigners also easily cross the border by aporoved visa stamp because this is open border.
