I have bought this at Essen and I was surprised by how few people were intersted in the game there. This isn't a great game by any means, but like you said it is very easy going. I also just want to say, that from what you are saying it looks like you are keeping track of all the points won or lost during each interim scorings and then add or substract them to the end game scoring? If so then you are playing it a little wrong. The interim scorings purpose is only so that you can determine who gets the moon points. After that interim scoring, the moon tiles are the only points everybody has or not, therefore you dont need an additonal way of keeping track of the score. At the second interim scoring you just count everything again but disregarding whatever were the scores during previous interim scoring. Therefore at the end game you just add all the moon tiles + the song cards - the tiles you have left and this is your end game score. I also have thought that we need to keep track of the interim scoring points, but after asking the people at the booth they explained it to me and also after reading the rulebook, it was pretty clear that this is how the interim scoring is handled.
