Thanks for the unboxing. I was going to pull the trigger on this months ago when they had the 40% off but I was a little unsure about it. Anyway, they don’t seem to be good about customer service with respect to answering questions in a timely fashion. Has anyone had this experience? And is this unit worth the money?! Thanks for any feedback I can get.

I think it's totally worth the money if you're actually doing a PODCAST. GREAT, Easy to use product. While I was waiting for mine... the customer service was a little disappointing... but I believe its because they're so small of a company.

Have you had a chance to test the Nomono under extreme ambient background noise conditions yet? I record my Eating the Fantastic podcast in restaurants, and it would be a big help to me if it can do what the company promises it can do.
