"Chai masala tea " is by far my favorite pairing with cigars. SPICY, BOLD and flavorful. The cardamom and Ginger do elevate the cigar complexity 👌 Greeting from Montreal 🤞

Very interesting! We probably chose the most boring tea in this video by the sounds of it so we need to explore more teas like this!

Definitely agree, especially a traditionally prepared masala chai that's quite milky.

My top 3 non-alcoholic pairings: 1. Coffee (with or without cream) 2. Diet Cream Soda 3. Topo Chico with freshly squeezed lime over ice. I also like various hot or cold teas, diet dr pepper or cream soda dr pepper (especially with spicier cigars). Gotta do diet though to reduce sugar intake of course. Ice cold water or plain cold mineral water (Topo Chico is my fav) works just great 😎✌🏽 Milk by itself with a cigar sounds awful. Lol

Absolutely love coffee too, also all types of coffee work with cigars so I agree! I gotta look into topo Chico!

Dr Pepper and Chinoto are my favourite soft drinks, I like coffee but it does last long enough

Reinhard(?) Gets it. Milk is a great cigar pairing, especially if the cigar is lacking a little bit. And I realize that this is not about to happen in this episode (I'm 15 mins in), but here I must add in a Gandalf voice: Milkshake you fools! Promise me you'll try it sometime. PS: You realize this was complete nonsense right? hehe. Did it occur to you that everything tasted like shit because of your "palate cleanser" lol

Reinhard works with sensory experiences and is the guy behind Light 'em Up so I value his recommendations a lot haha but milk just didn't do it for me. Milkshakes sound fantastic though to be honest so that's definitely something that needs to be tried! Hahaha the palate cleanser was mostly a bit as we barely had any whisky, mostly just as a joke. We used the sparkling water as a real palate cleanser throughout, but I think everything just tasted a bit underwhelming as we were so focused on the pairings... or maybe we're just alcoholics!
