Non-attachment, Self-permanence and Ok-ness: When parts exceed our capacity of welcoming

May you enjoy the first half of our workshop. We included Laura Patryas' concept of Self-permanence in our exploration, which is new in EIFS. We explored the subtleties of reaching our capacity for welcoming and including which is the break point for when parts blend and we lose a sense of awareness of multiple parts simultaneously.
