It’s good to see these videos coming out. 43 years driving planes from RA to Cat C multi-crew turbojet (still doing same and I own 4x A/C inc 10 years RFDS) the one thing that stands out the most and this is blunt it’s always been too easy to gain & retain a basic SE VFR ticket, it shows from the poor R/T to general Airmanship! The lack of skill & knowledge is astonishing! Fix the root cause,don’t let the weak in our flying community slip thru the T&C gap year after year! Just to correct something mentioned re the GPS App points. Just because a waypoint might have the lettering WG (meaning that point is roughly west of the destination drome) doesn’t mean an A/C is actually coming to join that waypoint from the west, could also be from anywhere in the compass rose for a variety of reasons!
