Your book is protected by copyright unless there is a specific business strategy/secret by which you are developing your ideas/storyline in which case you would need a confidentiality agreement or if there are other information not covered by your book which you wish to keep confidential, then you can use a confidentiality agreement.

It would depend on what business you are doing with the company and what kind of information is likely to pass between you and the company.

This video is still missing A LOT of information, does not provide any protection on how to secure the NDA, you may watch it as a weak explanation, however, it is not helpful for lawyers, in Europe and the US, we were told NOT TO ACCEPT any drafts coming from Indian lawyers (they were not even invited to any of our legal meetings), and this video explains the reasons, not professional at all.
