What a great guided exploration of this silent still place. Much gratitude Hans Christian 🙏✨ Over the past few months my relationship to this space has been changing. At first when I was in it it was only for very short times, and there was a quality of tension there. Like i was holding my breath, in a way. Recently that tension is lessening, and the space feels more stable, it ‘has become a closer friend’ but it seems the thoughts are coming more aggressively too, to distract me. I guess this is the mind saying “No, stop! Don’t let me go!” 😊 but then again this is just my narrative, another story…

Last night I had a mini awakening. There was no timeline, no person just everything opening up in front of me. It's gone and I can't get it back. Any suggestions ?

Dear Marianne. It's not gone. It's just been covered up again, by noise. Don't try to grasp at it. Invite it. Don't try to force anything, stay patient. If (when) it appears again, just welcome it. If it gets covered up again, let it "go". Trust the pace, that it is unfolding at. HC 🙏

Brilliant, that was a very interesting explanation of "the unexplainable". I have to listen to your talk again… but one question comes to my mind. If we are essentially that "space", why is the arising in that "space" only related to a body (i.e., a specific form)? For example, I do not experience other people's thoughts and emotions…It seems that the body is like a window to see and experience, but why is the window fixed (or seems to be fixed)? I don't know if it makes any sense …anyhow, thanks a lot…
