How is it you know SO MUCH for someone you’re age? I’m like 38 yet the wisdom i have none compared to yours? But then having said that I do have what you have…it’s just conditioning from society. I have always thought my way through everything like to make me feel secure, in control and tell everyone ‘hey, I’m doing this and that!’ for validation and having answers for everyone so I can feel better about myself and feel worthy…for what though? What has this achieved? This constant rat race is a real con. I’m doing my best to escape. When I hear people like you saying words like this it gives me hope. I would normally 2x the speed of videos to get through it quicker but your video spoke to the heart so I watched it at normal speed.We’re all awakening. Keep smiling brother 🥰 and thank you ❤️

one can really think about this, intellectually break this down, yet not live through the heart... not feel thinner than air, a feeling that because of your analogy, i can now think about, fathom... yet not experince... how can i experience this? how do i connect with the heart to live through it? i know theres no need to connect because it was never disconnected to begin with, but it doesnt feel like so. i can feel the difference between you and me. Is it through meditation? im tired of trying to figure things out. feel like im endlessly banging my head against a wall that wont break, and maybe if i just connect to myself in the way your speaking, ill finally turn around and walk away (an analogy ofcourse) how?

It’s important to recognize that EVERYONE is capable of recognizing and embodying truth, because everyone IS truth. That probably seems obvious but I think it’s valuable to remind ourselves of that from time to time, because the mind loves to come up with all sorts of justifications for why it thinks it’s incapable of being happy, why its frustration is totally necessary and valid and not simply coming from a distorted perspective. That inner voice that shames you for not having spiritual “glimpses” or even for not being happy is nothing more than a tyrant - it’s nothing but empty noise, and as such, it is nothing to be afraid or ashamed of. So the first thing I’d say is that you never, ever have any reason to be mean to yourself, that you have not done anything wrong. If you feel stuck, I’d recommend dropping the spiritualisms for a bit and going back to the basics. When your mind starts racing with whatever story or anxiety it’s conjuring up, shift your attention to your breath. Let all the mental sludge dissolve in your breath. Listen to the sound of air coming through your nostrils, feel the subtle rise and fall of your chest. The next time you eat, eat very slowly: brush your fingers against the smooth, cold metal of the fork, take in the aroma of the food, put everything you have into experiencing the texture, the flavor, right then and there, as completely and intimately as possible. It’s just a matter of falling in love with your life. Whatever you think you lack, you have to be willing to give. Do random acts of kindness for others. Walk to a tree and hug it, feel its bark against your bare skin. Listen to music and sing, dance, play. Be totally childish without being immature. Notice how all your overthinking manifests in your body. Everything is energy, and that kind of energy can feel quite dense. It tends to concentrate in your forehead and solar plexus. Place your attention on one of those areas and feel whatever’s being sensed there as fully as possible, without label or judgement. While doing so, consciously give love to it. Say thank you over and over again for this gift, the gift of experiencing whatever this is in this moment. There will be a voice that thinks this is stupid or that you haven’t earned happiness or that there’s nothing to be grateful for. Just keep saying thank you. Remember that we only experience what we want to. Everything is unfolding exactly as it needs to and there’s no reason to pressure yourself to feel something you’re not. We often keep ourselves feeling small because deep down, there is somewhere in us that secretly enjoys suffering so much, that wants to be a victim. It takes ruthless self-honesty to bring that part of us to the surface, but if you look for it, there’s a good chance that you will see it, and something in you will be just a little more released from it.
