most of the vocals are singing in latin but in 7:08 and 8:36 is singing in japaneses, the melody is actually japanese style and play with traditional japanese instruments, because of the background story of the boss

Polumnia Omnia. (The Hymn of Everything.) Hard to translate. Polumnia refers to the Muse of sacred hymns among other things, but it’s poly + hymn, which already means many/all hymns, plus omnia on top of that. It’s a very dramatic title, almost narcissistically so, which I believe was the idea. "Vosmet vetat res coelica." (All) things celestial oppose you. The wise and bold are hastening toward a forbidden sin. ("Sapientes pelliciuntur in nefas") (The wise are lured into sin.) "Tarda leti et necessitas semota corripiet gradum" Slow ruin, intangible destiny will seize (their) station. ("Tarda leti mors necessitas semota gradum") (Slow ruin, death will seize the station of their kin.) "Iugis solum ipsius nihil debet" The eternal land owes nothing of itself. "Credas in nullum qua sunt edicta inutile" You believe in nothing decreed worthless. ("Cave vide qua sunt edicta inutile.") (Beware! Behold those decreed worthless!) "Dominatus dominatus dominatus." Tyranny! Tyranny! Tyranny! ごやのすゑなぞながられ Why did you throw me away unnamed? "Vae eis simulacrum in solio inanis fixere sapientes." Alas, the wise affix an effigy for them[selves] on the empty throne! ("Vae eis cui simulacrum conlaudent mirent augeant.") (Alas, they who would extol, admire, and propagate this effigy!) "Necessitas semota corripiet gradum."
