The plug-type asacoco is an in-joke. This is the origin, according to the Holocure wiki: AsaCoco ("Morning Coco") was Kiryu Coco's morning talk show. As a segment in it, she had joke ads, including ads for AsaCoco-as-a-drug so people who missed the streams could get it all at once (e.g. injection-type asacoco). The plug-type asacoco is the suppository version ("it also gives you a tail like [Coco's]").
