Although the members are indeed involved in composing, producing and choreographing their songs (and they are getting more and more involved) there are still other composers, producers and choreographers doing a big part of the job. There are some producers of the company that take part in nearly all of their songs (especially Pdogg and Slow Rabbit) and since 2015 some of their songs were choreographed by foreign choreographers as well (most notably Keone Madrid, who recently joined the Kinjaz, [Dope; Fire; Blood, Sweat & Tears; Not Today] and the Quickstyle Crew [Save Me; Blood, Sweat & Tears]).

lol I had the same reaction as you guys did ....(I'm 58 and have never seen a group dance like that, in sync, through an entire song) it is hard to find a word good enough to describe how impressed I was with how on point they are in every performance, the amount of practice you just know they had to have put in to be able to dance like that and still have the breath to sing and sing really well is...just....pretty impressive. You have to respect what they've accomplished no matter who you are.

They're so great because they practice like 6 hours a day for more than a month moreover these boys have been living eating and working together for 4 years now and during this video it would have been 2 years.
