Your Shinee journey has been so unusual! This is an odd song to have as a first group reaction but it’s great you still enjoyed it. This is from the “fun” section of their concert where they just goof around for 2-3 songs and have fun with the fans so that’s why the choreo is simple. You can still see how impressive their vocals are even during a relaxed song. Just imagine what the performance is like for their title dance tracks! Jonghyun is the one you said was really singing his heart out (he always does!) During this concert they gave each member a bit more spotlight during different songs and this is the song in which Key got to shine so that’s why he was in the center a lot and had that dance break in the middle.

Well for the choreography, you have to take into account that this is a concert, tthey perform for around 2 to 3 hours, so obviously they'll have some segments in their concert more chill for them to rest a bit and also this one wasn't made to have a complex choreography but to be fun . Moreover, it's not a title track ,meaning they don't promote it, it's just a song on the album. And just for further information, SHINee was the group who debuted the hard choreography in kpop when they debuted. They are trendsetters, kpop wouldn't be the same without them today. You'll discover everything with time but believe me Shinee have some of the more complex choreographies in kpop.

First, you have to understand that SHINee is crazy. They don't care about what's popular and correct. They just want to perform and have fun. This is something they love. They feed off their fans' enjoyment and energy, and the fans love to feed them in return! This is one of their musical theater performances during a 3 to 3+ hour concert. They usually have an eclectic mix of music genres within their concerts. The opening is usually very high-octane dance songs encompassing Rock, dance Pop, and/or something experimental only SHINee would do. Then there's the laid back R&B, ballads, some extremely fun musical theater (like "Woof, Woof") and some dark Pop. I love "Woof, Woof" because it's pure fun and shows you just how much the guys goof off and just be free in their performances so they can share it with their fans. Of course, then there's their insane cake and water fights during the concerts too. Singing while flinging cake into faces and drowning each other with water. I sure wouldn't want to be a member of the crew who had to clean up that mess...lol. RE: Taemin and SuperM, yes, he was disappointed, but with SHINee, the entire 3 hour concert is exhausting, so they take their breaks where they can to conserve energy. This is one of those breaks. It's just light-hearted fun, however they get into more energetic dancing in the next set. Taemin took it upon himself to beefing up SuperM's choreos, as pointed out by Mark and Taeyong during one of their behind-the-scenes videos. In fact, they specifically stated that Taemin "fixed" their "One" choreo by adding more elements and details, so that they all felt much better with it. Taemin has always done the same thing with SHINee as well. Always pushing for more intricate choreos to the chagrin of his brothers who laugh and say they would just like to have an easy choreo for a change. They like to tease Taemin. If I was to suggest a live performance to give you the power of SHINee as superlative performers, I would have to suggest SHINee World Concert IV's opening performance set of "Sherlock+SHINe+Stranger+Picasso", this is their 4-song opening that is just amazing. First of all, yes all 5 of them are here and what a song to discover SHINee lol,. But SHINee is always good no matter the song or theme so enjoy your journey with SHINee. And discovering them through live performances is a great idea because they are one of the best performers live out there.

"Woof Woof" is part of the cute section of SHINee's SHINee World Concert IV (SWC4) in Seoul from 2015. "Woof Woof" is just one of those fan service fun stages they do as part of their fun set during the concert. (This was almost exactly 2 hours into their 3 1/2 hour concert, so they have been going full out for hours at this point. In this concert they perform more than 30 songs all while singing live with high energy choreography the whole time.) They also have fun stages for "321" and "Girls, Girls, Girls," etc. Jonghyun passed away, Dec. 18, 2017, so you will see him in everything you watch from SHINee up until that point. Taemin is the blond with the short ears, Jonghyun is the blond with the long ears and the power vocals, Key is the one with the grey hair, Onew is the one with brown hair and Minho is the tall one in all red, who is the main rapper. (You really need to check out some of Minho's solo songs so you can get to know him also.) Onew, Key, and Taemin are also stage actors, so they have been in several musical productions of famous plays. And Minho is a top TV and Movie K-drama actor. Plus, they are all known for having amazing comedic timing -- Jonghyun, and SHINee, are famous for their appearances on the live sketch comedy TV show SNL (Saturday Night Live) Korea. And SHINee's voices are all well suited for broadway-style songs, so they like to show off this side of themselves during concerts. If you're curious what the song is about, you should look up the lyric video. You might be surprised when you read the lyrics. The song is pretty much about meeting a girl that you like so much that you want to be her pet. They are essentially saying, "Hey girl, do you like dogs? Come on over here I can be your pet." "I will follow you around like a puppy and let you pet me and play with me." etc. Treat me like your puppy and I will follow you anywhere. LOL Most people are surprised that such a cute stage performance has lyrics that are actually kind of racy when you think about it. ;P (They're wagging their tails because they are supposed to be dogs and it gives them an excuse to shake their butts and get a reaction from the audience. LOL) Fun fact: Key designed the outfits you see them wearing in this performance, as well as several other outfits in this concert. If you notice, the fabric their outfits are made out of has British-style red phone booths on it, which is a nod to the theme of this concert. (They add the ears and tails special just for this song.) In an earlier set of the concert they have 5 phone booths on stage and the members use them as props in their song "One Minute Back," and if you watch their "Excuse Me Miss" performance, which is from this same concert, you will see the phone booths at the end of that performance. What Key said, in English: "That's real brass by the way." He was confirming for you that that was a real band and what you were hearing were real brass horns being played, not prerecorded computerized horn sounds. Also, did you understand why Minho said, "For all my guys in the west coast, D O double G"? He was making a joke and referencing the American slang dogg and the American rapper Snoop Dogg. That's why he laughed like that.:D That wasn't an "evil laugh", that was just Minho's iconic laugh. When you get to know him more you will understand what we mean. Minho's laugh makes me smile every time I hear it. It warms my heart to see SHINee so light-hearted in these moments. SHINee are one of the top groups that are known for the fact that they all can do it all. They are a group of 5 amazing vocalists, 5 impressive dancers, 5 visuals, 5 rappers, 5 top actors, and 5 of the most talented and unique voices in all of Kpop. Their main vocalists are pretty good rappers and their rappers can fill in as main vocalists at any time. Once you get to know their voices you will always be able to pick them out of a crowd just by the sound of their voice. Most Shawols (SHINee fans) will tell you we can tell who is speaking or singing within 1 second even with our eyes closed with them standing in a crowd of screaming fans. I can tell who is singing every line of their songs even if it's a brand new song that I have never heard. Each of their voices are that unique -- there is no one with a voice like any of theirs. That is why they are "The Princes of Kpop". SHINee are known for their live vocals and amazing dancing. They are known as CD-quality singers because they sound just as good live, if not better, than they do recorded. SHINee always sings live. The ONLY thing they are not good at is lip syncing so they avoid it at all costs, so when you hear SHINee singing 95% of the time it will be live. It's a running joke between the fans and the members that when SHINee lip syncs you can tell because it's very obvious. So unless they are required to lip sync for a specific reason, SHINee will always sing live. And EVERY time SHINee performs a song it will be different than what you have experienced before. That is why SHINee are one of the best performers in the industry. SHINee live is just as good the 100th time you see them perform a song as they are the first time you see it because they always make it unique. You never get tired of their songs because they know how to make it seem like a whole new experience every time. SHINee literally set the standard when it comes to live performances. It is actually known as the SHINee standard and it's what all other groups strive to reach. SHINee are Idol's Idols and legends among legends for a reason. They are one of the groups that pretty much made Kpop what it is today. Someone has reuploaded the whole concert DVD of SHINee World Concert IV in Seoul -- the whole 3+ hours -- and it even has English subs for all the parts where they interact with the audience, right in the video, kzbin.info/www/bejne/bIXOn4KCmtiImZY. It really feels like you are right there at this concert. You should watch this whole concert sometime on your own, even if you can't react to it. :D You really can't fully grasp just how magnificent of performers SHINee are until you watch a full concert from beginning to end and see what makes a SHINee concert so unique.

This is certainly the most unusual song for a first time reaction, haha. So glad you enjoyed it. At least you got to see straight away what a crazy fun group they are 🤣 You're in for a wild ride with SHINee, both on and off stage - they're charisma and chaos combined 🤣 They weren't really doing a choreo for this, just having a good time. You got Onew right. Jonghyun was the one lying on the floor. Key was the one you thought was Taemin. Minho you don't know yet, he is the one in the orange suit, who laughed at the end. Well for the names, you've got Onew right. Jonghyun was the one with the jacket and red shirt. Key was the one with the solo dance (his a little bit extra) and Taemin is the one you were confused with. For the 5th member it's Minho the one with the "evil" laugh a the end.

From oldest to youngest: Onew - 4:40 Jonghyun - 9:17 Key - 1:56 Minho - 5:44 Taemin - 7:03 The wildest first SHINee song I've ever seen. I love this song but it's very unserious. 😂 It's from their 4th album called "Odd" which is full of strange and eclectic tracks to suit the title. I always say that SHINee is the group for theater kids. Their stages, concerts, and concepts often feel theatrical and grandiose. It's why their best stuff is often from their Live concerts like this. And it's why their performances are often so memorable. I'm excited to see where you land next.

Being their fans since their debut back in 2008, and I listen to every generation of Kpop songs. But no group so far can do like how SHINee does. They're super2 talented 5 guys. Their live performances are phenomenal, from heart wrenching ballad, complex dance routine, outstanding live vocals (all of them can sing very well), to acoustic version, musical theme, DJ ing, Rock, retro, opera... and the list goes on and on... and they're very all round talented, from acting, composing songs, writing lyrics, choreo dance routine, good at acting, sports, cooking, fashion etc~ now its been 23 years for me listening to Korean songs and Kpop.. and SHINee will forever be my no.1 kpop group~

Check out key's live performance of born to shine. Or dynamite when Minho tips his shirt off . Check out their live concert here in KZbin and you'll see just how good they are and how they go for 2 to 3 hrs. Without stopping. Only having a rest at the end of each segment of their concert.

Hahh! I tell you SHINee concerts ARE INSANE! You legit get everything in one concert.. you can get Opera, musical-esque, full blown hardcore choreo, ballads, all members’ solo stages, acoustic and whatnots. This performance is on the chill/fun section. SHINee goes hardcore in dancing and live singing category. They are most known for that.

Shinee was the group that got me into KPOP ten years ago. .I saw Noona noemu yeppo ( you have to watch that, it´s so freaking 2nd generation) and I fell in love with them. I like the bigger screen by the way, we can see your reaction better when you watch it ;-)

I think for that Super M song Taemin wanted something more intense for that particular song because he does more slower pace songs too. He really likes to match the song with the dance. If you watch View it's more of a laid back dance, but it fits the song. He also has a solo song called " Move" that also required a precise, but subtle dance choreography. It just depends the song. He has a good eye for matching the dance to the song.
