Excellent reaction, mate. They do everything: mostly metal-based but they've also done punk, pop, rock, rap, ballads etc. Mayu: scream and clean vocals (also sometimes plays a bit of guitar) Hazuki: 7-string guitar and backing vocs Hara-chan: 5-string bass and backing vocs Tamu: drums and backing vocs. This was their first release as a 4-piece. They used to have another guitar player, SAKI, but she left around Easter this year. Bit of a bummer but they're still an amazingly good band.

Great to see another brit witness Nemophila they are just superb packed with talent and world class they will make none metal listeners into petal heads lol .Most songs are hard and pop with metal and at times Rap they have it all.

Literally my favorite band in the world. I've seen them several times, including just a couple weeks ago here in Sapporo. They are absolutely _magical_ live, with a fantastic mix of technical mastery and stage presence. I suggest digging deep into their catalog, as they are extremely versatile, with a wide range of sounds (that somehow never loses their identity...they always sound like themselves, whether it's brutal metalcore or an 80's-style power ballad).

There are a lot of all female bands from Japan, Japan also produces a lot of highly skilled musicians, thus a lot of the Japanese all female bands that get noticed outside of Japan are very good. It is just a thing, so if you see an all female Japanese band, regardless of the genre, come up in your reaction list expect something good.

My joke is, while South Korea was Poppin (K-pop), Japan was Rockin (J-rock)!😂 I think J-rock will be the perfect balance to the K-pop on your channel and will keep things new and help the channel grow. This is a strange and different song from Nemophila. As everything they do its brilliant. But ... its not my favorite. You have to listen to more to understand who they are. You said you thought it was pop before listening. But ... not much pop from Nemophila. You can get metal and rock and groovy ethno. Or a mix of it. And it is generally extremely brilliant. It seemed like you liked the mix of clean and harsh singing. OK, Mayo do it a lot ... so then you are in the right place.
