Your 1st Question answer (1)Yes u can listen while working cooking sitting standing but the thing is that u have to clean yourself for listening quran u can listen also while wear shoes no problem. ❤😊 2nd( Question answer) As u said that u believe in islam and try to follow islam . If u believe that God (Allah) is one and Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the last messanger . U r Muslim. The thing only is left u have to say shahda to prove it in private or publicly it's upon u . Question 1: It's completely fine. You don't have to sit somewhere. You can listen to Quran .. khary ho, travel kr rhy ho, kuch b kr rhy ho, u can listen to it. You don't have to remove shoes to listen. but u can't listen to it in bathrooms ofcourse. Question 2: In Quran, Allah has clearly mentioned that Shirk is the only sin which can't be forgiven. Shirk means k ap Allah k sath partner consider kr rhy ho kisi ko.. shirk is k ap associate kro k Allah k equal h koi. Ya Allah k sath ap koi asi baat lgao jo sach nahi. For example, believing that Jesus is son of God. Allah has clearly mentioned in Quran multiple times that He has no partners. He is not like us. He doesn't have family relationships like us. He is the creator and it's beyond Humans mind to comprehend how Allah actually looks like. We believe in the unseen. He's there we know. And He has told us everything through Quran and Prophets so that's how a Muslims faith is. You can't believe in any other thing. No idol worshipping. Nothing. You must have to believe that Allah is one and the only creator, Quran is the truth and Prophet Muhammad is the last messenger. So, believing in Allah and what He said is a must condition. Answers: 1st Question - Quran can be listened while doing normal works like driving, on job or cooking, but NOT while someone is Washroom/Toilet or any other Unhygienic space. For 2nd Question- You will need to Say the Shahada(Acceptance of Islam) that can Public or Private( you need not declare to anyone until you wish, that will be between you & Allah). You can meet some local Imam in your nearby Mosque if you ready to accept Islam, but only following the rules of islam without saying the Shahada will not benefit. Fact - Once you say your Shahada all your past Sins are forgiven by Allah & and you will be like a New born with Zero sins once you are Muslim.

Question 1: Listening of the Quran. As far as listening of the Quran you can listen to it anytime anywhere, no needed to take off shoes or anything. But, if you want read from the actual Quran then there are different rules, but for listening only - You are good bro❤❤ Question 2: Is it ok if I am not Muslim but do all the good deeds. Quran Chapter 3 Verse 19 "The only religion acceptable to Allah is Islam." The underlying criteria for a person to be entered into Islam is believing in the absolute oneness of Allah/ Imaan. If a person does all the good deeds one can do, and he does not have this Imaan that "There is no true god but Allah and Muhammad (pbuh) is the Messenger and Servant of Allah" then they are deceiving yourself. Quran Chapter 2 verse 170 - "And when it is said to them, Follow what Allah has revealed, they say: No! we follow what we found our fathers doing. What! and though their fathers had no knowledge at all, nor did they follow the right way."
