also, this kind of bothered me, so I’ll explain it here. no matter what, any amiibo, released before the game or not, will work as an fp, (of course if it’s a fighter in game.) the way that works, is because the nfc chip in the amiibo is set to be read as a fp, rather than a spirit. I don’t understand how it’s that hard for people to understand that. It’s very simple.

I have the Donkey Kong amiibo that doubles as a skylander, and I bet this could be used as a amiibo fighter, just like in Smash 4, and I wouldn't be surprised if the same applies to Bowser, but question is, what will happen if you try scanning the dark counter parts of the two and the vehicles?

The Dark Hammer Slam Bowser works as a regular Bowser Amiibo. The vehicles don't have any compatibility with Smash... They only have the basic Skylanders Chip Set... They missing the Amiibo Chip Set... Unfortunately...
