For Shad I use 6lb mono line tie to a Crappie magic premium round jig head 1/32 Oz. BRZ chartreuse to a Big daddy's select 1" BD Mini Grub champagne w/silver glitter and clip on 2 split shot above the jig head about 3ft up size of split shot 1/4 -1/12 Oz. Hope this help.

Yes, the location is around Miller Park and Freeport area. I don't have any recommendations for bank fish, but I do see a lot of ppls fishing along the bank of Miller Park.

Yes, it's legal. As long as you catch in the same body of water that you are fishing at, but can't transport out of the water to a different area of water. Meaning from land to a different location. Thanks.

I'm fishing around 20 - 25ft of water depth. And yes, the color is a bit stain but I still manage to catch them..
